We completely renovated a flat for a buy to let landlord on St Leonards on Sea. The flat was a real state when we took over it and we had our work cut out to make it habitable. We started with the internal decoration, peeling back the old wallpaper and sanding the wood and walls back ready for painting. After this was done we then ripped out the old kitchen and installed a completely new kitchen that is modern and budget, but works well for the landlord.
